3． 促进多学科合作研究，而不仅仅是语言及人文学科，促进中加贸易，中加经济、技术、教育、环境等多方面合作，促进中加友谊。Multidisciplinary research should be encouraged instead of confining in arts and humanities.

对加拿大研究的建议或意见 1. 从加拿大回国后参加了两次加拿大研究会年会，感觉到年会的内容不太丰富，参加的学者多数是外语教师，其他学科的学者不太多，不知这个判断是否正确？
2. 如果上述判断正确的话，建议今后的年会可以将内容逐步增加，采取更加开放的态度，欢迎各个学科对加拿大研究有兴趣的学者参加。因为对加拿大的研究应当是全方位的，才有可能对加拿大有更加全面和深刻的认识，除了对文学的研究以外，可否增加经济、环境、社会协调发展等方面的内容，一方面可以调节会议气氛，吸引更多的国内留加学者关注加研会，扩大加研会的影响力；另一方面多学科的交流，有利于研究的深化和水平的提高。

上述两点只是个人的一点看法，不一定正确，敬请参考。祝加研会越办越好。

我国许多高校已经开设了双语教学课程，但是，绝大部分师资没有经过专门的训练，势必会影响到高校双语教学的质量。加拿大的渥太华大学在双语教学方面取得的成就是举世闻名的。有关渥太华大学在双语教学方面的经验以及将它与我国高校双语教学和教师

2. 采取得力措施，争取多方经济资助，与出版单位保持良好关系，帮助研究人员在国内外有关刊物上发表文章，以调动他们的科研积极性。
3. 吸引更多的年轻人加入到研究工作中来，创造条件让他们得到到国内外进修，参加培训，参加专题讲座，参加学术交流的机会，帮助他们确定专业研究方向

刘艺工，男，1962年生。兰州大学法学院教授，法学博士。中国加拿大研究会理事，中国法学会法理学研究会理事，中国外国法制史学会理事。1988年兰州大学硕士研究生毕业后留兰州大学法学院任教至今。1988-1989年在西南政法大学进修，1999-2000年在加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学法学院作访问学者。2002年和2004年曾赴法国、日本访问、讲学。1993年以来已在国家级、省市级出版社和报刊上发表法学论著70余种。主要讲授外国法制史（含加拿大法）、法理学、法律英语等课程。
