对加拿大研究的建议或意见		在推进人文研究的同时，注重社会科学方面的研究以适应并服务于两国关系的现实发展 While promoting further studies of humanities, the society could direct greater interest to studies in social sciences so as to promote mutual understanding as well as strengthen the economic and political ties between the two nations.

 

赵庆庆，南京大学英美文学硕士、加拿大阿尔伯达大学（University of Alberta）比较文学硕士、加拿大华裔作家协会会员兼联络人、加拿大大华笔会理事、加拿大《环球华报》专栏撰稿人，世界华文文学学会会刊《华文文学》“加拿大华裔文学专号”特邀编辑。

现任南京大学外语部副教授，为南京大学加拿大研究中心主要成员，曾开设美加文学和文化、翻译、跨文化交流、对外中国文学等课程。

7. 2000年9月至2001年7月在北京大学英语系做访问学者，研究诗歌翻译。
8. 2000年12月获第十二届韩素音青年翻译竞赛英译汉二等奖。
9. 2002年5月荣获云南民族学院“伍达观奖教金优秀奖”。
10. 2002年9月被评为“云南民族学院2001-2002年度优秀教师”。
11. 2003年荣获“云南民族大学优秀教学成果三等奖”。

3. April 1988 to April 1989, did research in American literature as a visiting scholar at the   University of Pennsylvania，Philadelphia.
4. 1993 to 1994, acting chairperson of the English Department, Zhaotong Teacher’s College.
5. 1994, became associate professor．
6. February 1996，transferred to Yunnan Nationalities University, Kunming.
7. September 2000 to July 2001, did research in poetry translation as a visiting scholar at Beijing University.
8. December 2000, won the Han Suyin Award for Young Translators.
9. May 2002，won the Wu Daguan Teaching Award.
10. September 2002，won the Good Teacher Award of Yunnan Nationalities University.
11. 2003, won the Teaching Achievement Award of Yunnan Nationalities University, third prize,
12. December 2004，became professor.
13. July 2005, awarded the title of Teaching Master of Yunnan Nationalities University.
14. April 2006 to April 2007, did research in postcolonialism as a visiting scholar at the University of Toronto.

So far, I have published 22 articles, a book on translation, a course book for fast reading and co-translated two books. In addition, I am heading three course-construction projects, one of which is sponsored by the Provincial Government of Yunnan and the other two by the Yunnan Nationalities University.

Encourage members to do research in English and try to have the team’s research results published in a western press.
