CEL has partnered with 21 Canadian scholarly presses to offer libraries outside Canada special discounts on French and English-language e-books through the ebrary/ProQuest sales network. 
Through December 31, 2011, libraries may save 35% on perpetual archive purchases over US$5,000 of these titles or on any of the subscription databases shown below.
Over 8,000 titles are available for purchase.
