During 1982-1985 pursued graduate studies at S.N.D.T. university, Bombay, India, majoring in English and American literatures, on a scholarship offered by an international Christian foundation for Higher Learning, and was conferred in 1985 an M.A. degree.  
Visited Canada on SACS for three times, in 1991, 1994 and 1998 respectively.

Sponsored by the State Foundation for Studying Abroad to visit the United States during 1999and 2000 as a “Senior Visiting Scholar”.
