　=>1.Notice about the collection of information on Canadian Studies Courses, Graduate Students and Book Collections of All Centers（关于整理各中心所收藏的资料、所开设的课程和研究生培养情况的通知）:

In order to facilitate the communication among all the centers, make best use of the limited but valuable research resources of various centers, and promote the standardization of the management of resources, the Secteriat has decided to collect the information about the catalogue of the books collected, Canadian Studies coursed offered, and graduate students trained by all the centers acorss the country. It is hoped that every center will commit itself to this work, and after collecting all the required information, submit it to us. The final information will appear in our website （www.canadastudies.com.cn），so that all of us can share the resources.
It is hoped that the work will be done by the end of April. Three forms are designed as you will find in the attached document. We trust all the center will treat this work seriously and earnestly. See attachment.

为了加强中心之间和学者之间在教学、科研和研究生培养方面的沟通，为了使国内所收藏的宝贵资料能够被有效地利用起来，也是为了推动中国加拿大研究向更规范化发展的需要，研究会秘书处决定对于各中心所藏没有编目的图书名录、所开设的关于加拿大的课程以及所培养的研究生情况做一调查。请各位中心成员积极行动起来，大家一起把这件事情做好。所收集的信息经过整理后，将全部挂在研究会的网站上（www.canadastudies.com.cn），这样我们就可以实现资源共享。
秘书处希望能够在4月底以前完成这项工作，我们设计了3个表格，请大家务必认真填写(表格见附件)。
