个人简历 1965年毕业于天津南开大学，1965-85中国科学院外事局项目官员、处长，1986-90中国驻美国大使馆一秘、代理科技参赞，1991-95中国社会科学院外事局副局长，1995-98中国社会科学院美国研究所副所长，1998-2002拉丁美洲研究所所长。曾在美国康乃尔大学、诺特丹大学、斯坦福大学和南方大学作访问学者或访问教授各一年。
1965: graduated from Nankai Univ., Tianjin; 1965-85: program manager and division chief, Foreign Affairs Bureau, Chinese Academy of Sciences; 1986-90: First Secretary and Acting Counsellor for Science & Technology; 1991-95: deputy director, Foreign Affairs Bureau, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), deputy director, Institute of American Studies, CASS; director, Institute of Latin American Studies, CASS. Visiting scholar or visiting professor at Cornell Univ., Univ. of Notre Dame; Stanford Univ. and Univ. of the South of the U.S. for one year in each above American university.
