个人简历 1976年1月-至今， 在南京师范大学任教；
Since Jan. 1976 have been teaching in Nanjing Normal University；
1982-198 5年在印度孟买S.N.D.T.大学留学，获英美文学硕士学位
During 1982-1985 pursued graduate studies at S.N.D.T. university, Bombay, India, majoring in English and American literatures, on a scholarship offered by an international Christian foundation for Higher Learning, and was conferred in 1985 an M.A. degree.
1991、1994和1998年三次获加拿大专项奖赴加拿大访问；
Visited Canada on SACS for three times, in 1991, 1994 and 1998 respectively.
1999-2000年获国家留学基金资助以“高级访问学者”身份访问美国；
Sponsored by the State Foundation for Studying Abroad to visit the United States during 1999and 2000 as a “Senior Visiting Scholar”.
自1992年至今，任南京师范大学加拿大研究中心主任
Since 1992, have been Director of Canadian Studies Centre of Nanjing Normal University.
