对加拿大研究的建议或意见

我计划翻译一本加拿大宪法或行政法专著，以便使更多的中国人了解加拿大宪政。

I have a plan to translate a Canadian constitutional law or administrative law from English into Chinese so as to make more Chinese people understand Canadian constitution law and administrative law.
